Wajah2 kegembiraan menikmati Freedom from assignments and exams~
Well at least until the next academic year..huhu
Bunga kembang mekar di CCCU..Ema tangkap, saye edit...
Ni bunga in another form..3 Hamill Girls (Promo2..hehe)

Our food of the day: Nasi with ayam masak merah...and popiah....and also acar....I never missed Malaysian food ever since being here....everything is available...hehe...and mase nie, series rase macam jadi catering owner..it was a lot of fun!
Okie dokie...
It's really quiet, and lonely and utterly...well..i hate to say this...BORING~
Hehe..mentang-mentang la dah habis exam..assignment pun 2 dah amek..just Lit Analysis left..
hmmm....
Well, just wanna share what we did after the exams though there's not much that I can talk about...zasss~
First up, we had this Islamic talk dekat Uni yang quite menarik but sadly there wasn't much time for the speaker tuk masuk gist of his talk..it started with a quiz bout Islamic general knowledge..Gosh, mmg lah feel very not-so-knowledgable in this field..ehehe...history has never been dear to my heart..heee..more reading to be done, I suppose~ but it's cool...even Kak Maryam my old housemate in IPBA came..really felt the beauty of ukhwah...especially when my house was in charge of the cooking! Semangat sungguh ma hozmates berhempas pulas in the kitchen together..x tidur sampai pagi..tabikkk springg...!!
Speaking about cooking.. huu...I tried to master the kitchen on my own mase everyone went to Ashford...weheee...and guess what, I made the fire alarm ring! Pak cik Cotton House pun terpakse la mencari2 sumber bunyi yg mengganggu ketenteraman awam tuh..whilst I shouted at the top of my lungs from our door..."Excuse Me! Can You Help me Here!" Senyum semanis mungkin takut kene marah! huk3.....pengalaman tu..mane nak dapat..hua2..
Alhamdulillah nasib baik by the time they came back all hungry satu lauk dah siap n fire alarm pun dah tak berbunyi..huhu..Memang la kene balik practise intensif emira nie..huhu. Takpe, aja2 fighting! Lagi pun, kat rumah ibu tak pasang fire alarm..haha~
We went out to town Yesterday in the search for stuff to bring back home...souvenirs....It's tough! Challenging! Mind boggling! Haha...Sangat lah susah mencari souvenir nie..tapi sekali beli semalam, akk cashier to pun can only smile..dua tiga kali mengangkut barang from the rack in 'The Merchant Chandler' shop....
And Yes, kami akan balik...after around ten months or so...I would say there will be a whole lot of things I wanna talk about..Soleha, sediakan mase anda for our heart-to-heart talk...akk nk booking appointment ngan my therapist nie awal2...hehe.....Dah tak sabar sangat dah nie..huhuhu.....Jawab exam hari tu pun with images of home in my mind..
Exams.....
I seriously don't know if my answers were sufficient..The questions were fair..they asked us everything we learnt throughout our first year of this degree programme..but why did I feel like I lacked enough justifications for my answers..probably not enough depth..Well, never mind, dah lepas dah pun..Some of the Mat Sallehs jawab and then went back early..seram lah juge melihatnye...huhu...especially mase ELTM..huhu...I got a little bit confused between Micro and macro skills of teaching listening..Sorry Pam and John! (>____<)"
And apart from that, what did I do..owh, ya~ I'm trying..yes, trying to make reading a habit..and its ever so painful..I know how much watching movies or listening to podcast or anything can never really substitute the effectiveness of reading..huhu...I tried to watch this movie tadi..'A time to Kill'..Zaman bile punye muvie in my lappy I dunno..and its kinda hard to really catch what that Samuel Jackson is saying...plus there's no subtitle..watching movies probably isn't my thing...the way Americans eat their words makes it all the more painful to listen to...
Btw, in reading English books, how does one cope with not knowing every word..nie bakal English teacher nak make a confession ni..huhu....encountering new words are not easy...not to mention words which are contextually bound and will only be understood after knowing a little background knowledge first. It's frustrating! But I'll keep trying okey..selagi ade mase these 3 months.... (unofficially 4 months cuti actually cos skrg pun like there's nothing to look forward to except for Cambridge trip and my ultimate Scotland trip..wee) Probably when teaching students reading I'll have to consider the 'providing motivation' part...
Oh, ya..Jeremy Harmer's coming to town...jeremy Harmer's coming here..to CCU!!
He's the one who wrote our thick Methodology book...terima kasih la ye...=)
nak signnn.......but it will be very long until I'll even open your book, Enchik Harmer..huhuuu......
Got a few much more attractive ones I bought yesterday...hehe...let's have a look..
- 'Growing up Again' by Catriona McCloud
- 'Just in Case' by Meg Rosoff
- 'Why Can't Everyday be Mother's Day' by Kirsty Scott (psst..this one's for my mum..she doesn't read blogs..so never mind...)and..
- 'An unfit Mother' by Kate Cook..
Most of the books are about second chances in life..Like 'Growing up Again', the narrator went back to becoming fifteen..now, how cool is that?..I guess I'd love to become fifteen again...and change a few things...hehe....
Anyway..for the time being, I'm happy with everything ALLAH has laid out and planned for me..
I just hope everything goes well this coming anticipated JULY...
"Let me Go Home....
I'm just too far, from where you are..(family2..=))
I'm coming back home..."~
(Westlife or Michael Buble..both versions best...)
p/s: Kepada yang currently menghadapi Exam, do your best ye...
Selawat a lot, doa before masuk exam hall..semoga dipermudahkan segala urusan..ameen!
quite importantly,
It's better to know that whatever the circumstances may have been,
you did do your best~
b'cos...
Every little dream comes true, with every little thing you do~
